Our goal is to continue growing alongside an engaged team, always focusing on delivering high-quality products at competitive prices and providing close, personalized customer service. **What Will Be Your Mission?** The Retail Execution Controller is responsible for verifying—through direct contact with stores—that commercial decisions are correctly executed at the point of sale. Their mission is to collect reliable, structured, and actionable information on actual in-store execution, ensuring visibility and control over business status. This role exists specifically to close the gap between what is decided and what actually occurs in stores. **The Controller Directly Impacts:** * Execution visibility: knowing what is happening in stores * Rapid error correction: detecting deviations in real time Their work transforms execution into a measurable and improvable process. **Key Responsibilities:** **Store Contact** * Conduct daily calls to assigned stores * Follow a structured question script (checklist) * Ensure all stores are contacted according to schedule * This accounts for 70–80% of the role **Execution Verification** * Validate that: new product tests are correctly implemented, window displays are accurate, assortment is up-to-date, window displays are executed, and commercial guidelines are followed * Request evidence: photos and videos (where applicable) **Use of Checklists and Tools (Teams)** * Record all information in designated systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams) * Follow structured store audit checklists * Ensure data collection consistency **Incident Detection** * Identify: execution errors, deviations from defined standards, and operational issues * Escalate relevant incidents to the Stock Manager **Information Quality** * Ensure collected information is: complete, clear, and reliable * Avoid ambiguity or incomplete data **Basic Follow-up** * Confirm reported incidents have been resolved * Conduct follow-up during subsequent calls **What This Role Is Not:** * Does not define strategy * Does not perform in-depth data analysis * Does not manage teams * Does not implement changes in stores * Does not make commercial decisions **However:** * Does verify * Does follow up persistently * Does ensure compliance **Key KPIs:** Number of calls made / day * % of stores contacted * % of checklists completed correctly * Number of incidents detected * Average time to record information * % of evidence received (photos, etc.) * Follow-up on resolved incidents * Number of calls made / day **Main Requirements:** **Experience** * Prior experience in **retail**, preferably in-store, retail operations, visual merchandising, or operational monitoring. * Experience in **physical store networks** is desirable. * Experience in execution control, checklists, or internal audits is desirable. **Education** * Degree in Commerce, Administration, Marketing, Retail, Operations, or related field. * Education in Visual Merchandising or Commercial Management is desirable. **Key Competencies** * Clear and professional communication. * Organization and discipline. * Attention to detail. * Persistence and follow-up capability. * Agility in collecting and recording information. * Ability to adhere to defined processes. **Other Requirements** * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, or similar tools. * Availability to conduct daily store contact. * Availability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams. * Languages: English and Italian are desirable. **Are You Interested?** Send us your CV for more information about the selection process.
