Key day-to-day responsibilities include: * Vendor management (supporting requirements gathering, managing service requests, validating analyses). * Developing and disseminating ICT procedural regulations. * Leading projects to deploy ICT management tools: document management, training and regulatory compliance support, process improvement identification, etc. Requirements **What do we need?** We would like you to bring... * At least years of experience in IT projects. * A university degree (preferably in ICT). * Knowledge of ICT development and management standards: ITIL, Prince, PMP, Scrum, etc. **We value positively if you bring...** * Experience in developing IT project documentation/regulations: procedures, usage guidelines, dissemination materials, etc. Additional Information **What do we offer?
