The selected candidate will be responsible for essential tasks within the foundry process in an industrial environment. Their duties will include preparing molds for subsequent metal casting, operating and supervising furnaces for melting, loading metallic material, and monitoring process temperatures to ensure product quality. Upon completion of the casting phase, they will handle mold removal of cast parts and perform necessary finishing work, such as shot blasting and manual deburring, ensuring each part meets established standards. Additionally, they will carry out basic quality checks at various production stages to identify potential defects and contribute to the overall efficiency of the production line. The work takes place in a workshop setting, requiring constant attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols when handling heavy or high-temperature equipment and materials. A proactive attitude and the ability to coordinate effectively within a team to achieve daily production targets and maintain a smooth, orderly workflow across all assigned areas will be highly valued. A minimum of one year of prior experience in operational roles within the foundry sector is required. A valid Class B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for commuting are mandatory. No specific educational level is required, although basic or vocational training in industrial fields will be considered an advantage.
