TASKS Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, cleaning, and disinfection. Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. Perform periodic cleanings as established in the cleaning plan. Handle food in compliance with current regulations. Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. ### **Requirements** Proactivity, dynamism. Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results orientation.
