**Ingeteam**, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking a **Real Estate Manager** for its production plant in **Sesma (Navarre)**. **Mission** Ensure the proper operation, safety, and efficiency of the plant's infrastructure by leading maintenance and budget management activities, as well as driving improvement and modernization projects. **Responsibilities** * Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of the plant's infrastructure, ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements (buildings, utility networks, electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection systems, etc.). * Develop and update maintenance plans, procedures, and technical documentation. * Manage and coordinate both internal technical teams and external service providers. * Ensure compliance with regulations related to safety, environment, and quality. * Control and optimize the Real Estate area's operating expenses and investment budgets. * Report to the Real Estate Director on infrastructure status, incidents, and budget performance. * Drive continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and facility modernization projects. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in managerial roles related to industrial infrastructure maintenance. * Intermediate to advanced level of English. * Experience in budget preparation, control, and monitoring. * Knowledge of building and industrial facility maintenance management. * Proficiency with CMMS software and office tools.
