Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating vehicle movement throughout each stage—from arrival for inspection to final preparation, including mechanical work, painting, cleaning, and listing. You will also implement and manage a digital system for operational control, analyze cycle times for each phase to identify potential delays, and propose solutions. Prioritizing vehicles based on their condition or urgency, and coordinating with various departments—including workshop, parts, and sales—will be essential.
