**Project Manager Support Internship (m/f/d)** ============================================== REQUISITION ID: 11281 LOCATION: Tajonar, ES, 31192 DEPARTMENT: Strategy As part of our growth, we are hiring an intern in the COO Office, that will actively contribute to the management and optimization of Nordex's projects while gaining hands\-on experience in operations and cross\-functional collaboration within a dynamic, international environment in the Operations Strategy \& Projects Team. **YOUR TASKS:** * Translate business requirements into IT solutions, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value * Identify opportunities for the projects to drive business growth, efficiency, and innovation * Control and reporting of the performance´s indicators defined by the COO Office * Monitor and control budgets for operations, ensuring alignment with financial targets * Analyze cost structures, identify variances, and propose corrective actions to optimize project profitability * Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key KPIs and risks * Prepare operations performance reports * Contribute to data cleansing and harmonization in Excel and PowerBI **YOUR PROFILE:** * Degree in Business Administration and Data Science * Power BI and Excel Specialist * High level of English (C1\).
