If you enjoy solving problems and helping others with technology Published on 27/05/2026 **Mission** ----------- **Join the TIGLOO team as a Microcomputer Technician!** We are currently looking for our next **Microcomputer Technician** to provide on-site support to one of our clients in a municipality located **15 minutes from Logroño, La Rioja.** You will work in the IT department as part of the systems administration team, delivering first-level support. **What will your responsibilities be?** * On-site and remote technical support to users. * Resolution of email and digital signature incidents. * Management and support of MFA / two-factor authentication. * Installation and maintenance of computer equipment. * Basic support for PLCs and assembly line equipment. * Autonomous management and tracking of technical incidents. **What are we looking for?** * Education in computer science, systems administration, or related fields. * At least 1 year of experience in technical support. * Strong interpersonal skills for direct user interaction. * Experience resolving email and digital signature incidents. * MFA, two-factor authentication. * PLCs (assembly line equipment). * A self-motivated individual with strong task management abilities. * Knowledge of the Kaspersky administrative console is a plus. **You might also wonder… What do we offer?** * Being part of a close-knit team eager to grow and improve every day. * Permanent contract and full-time working hours. * The opportunity to work with one of our most important regional clients.
