The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out and coordinating preventive actions, advising middle management and client companies, and ensuring compliance with regulations regarding OHS and the environment. Main responsibilities: \- Carry out preventive actions: accident investigations, coordination visits, and verification of working conditions \- Control and coordination of quarterly meetings with internal health and safety committees and those of client companies \- Risk assessment and planning of preventive activities ### **Requirements** Drafting, updating, and training on prevention procedures \- Collaboration in internal audits and conducting spot inspections \- Conducting worker training and evaluations \- Application of good environmental practices \- Coordination of preventive activities and advisory support to middle management and client companies \- Occasional travel to Pacto's national network of offices Required qualifications: \- Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention with all three specializations \- In-depth knowledge of current OHS legislation \- Knowledge of legislation regulating temporary work agencies and outsourcing companies is desirable \- Availability to make occasional trips to our nationwide office network Specific skills: \- Proficient user level in MS Office \- Knowledge of preventive activity coordination platforms Required experience: \- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OHS technician \- Experience in temporary staffing or outsourcing companies is desirable Personal competencies: \- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks \- Communication skills ### **We offer** Responsibility and stress tolerance What we offer: \- Join a professional team within a solid and growing company \- Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period \- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 \- Opportunities for professional development and continuous training \- Salary based on experience \- Immediate incorporation Required qualifications: \- Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention with all three specializations \- In-depth knowledge of current OHS legislation \- Knowledge of legislation regulating temporary work agencies and outsourcing companies is desirable \- Availability to make occasional trips to our nationwide office network
