We are seeking a **Quality and HSE Coordinator** for our plant in Navarrete, Spain, to actively contribute to the management and continuous improvement of quality, safety, and environmental processes. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to quality, safety, and environmental management systems within the plant. You will collaborate with various departments across the company, ensuring proper application of company standards and current regulations, while promoting a culture focused on quality, safety, and sustainability. **Main Responsibilities:** Quality Area:* Coordinate the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 standard. * Supervise the management of non-conformities, complaints, and corrective/preventive actions. * Plan and conduct internal audits and support external audits (customers, certification bodies). * Coordinate quality control activities, process testing, and product inspections. * Oversee the drafting and updating of procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation. * Coordinate internal training on quality processes and best practices. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Area:* Promote and foster a safety culture at all levels of the company. * Operational coordination for maintaining and improving ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. * Supervise the preparation of emergency documents and plans. * Manage and qualify contractors and verify regulatory compliance. * Manage mandatory training in health, safety, and environmental matters. * Coordinate the analysis of reports (near-misses, unsafe acts/conditions). * Monitor and analyze HSE KPIs and support the preparation of monthly group reports. Other:* Willingness to support colleagues in continuous improvement activities, procurement, budgets, and quotations. **Requirements*** Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in QHSE. * Solid knowledge of regulations and standards: * ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 * Excellent document management, organizational, and attention to detail skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. * Excellent command of English (written and spoken). * Strong communication, interpersonal, and operational leadership skills. * Strong focus on results, risk prevention, and continuous improvement. **What We Offer*** Be part of a solid, structured, and innovative team. * Opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment. * Technical and multifunctional training courses.
