




Position Summary: We are seeking administrative staff to manage telephone support, billing, and follow-up of pending payment claims. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payment claim management and follow-up We are looking for administrative staff for a position in Gijón (Asturias). Main responsibilities will include customer and supplier telephone support, invoice and delivery note handling and registration, as well as management and follow-up of pending payment claims. The ideal candidate must hold a Medium or Higher Vocational Training Qualification in the Administration and Management professional field. Additionally, at least two years of demonstrable experience in similar roles with administrative responsibilities is required. This offer includes an indefinite part-time employment contract with a weekly workload of 25 hours. Working hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, from 13:30 to 18:30. Remuneration will comply with the State Collective Agreement for the Graphic Arts industry.
