Main Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the housekeeping department, ensuring the cleaning, order, and presentation standards established by Royal Rooms. * Lead, coordinate, and motivate the room attendants and staff under supervision. * Supervise the quality of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring an impeccable experience for guests. * Manage shifts, incidents, inventories, and control of linens and amenities. * Maintain constant coordination with the front desk and other departments. * Ensure adherence to internal protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
