As the **Project Development Director**, you will be leading a team of construction project managers, who are managing the development of stadiums and arenas across Spain and Portugal, delivering on time and budget. That’s why we reward your dedication with benefits that matter: * ️ **Childcare vouchers** to make family life a little easier * ️ ️ a comprehensive health insurance with **Aegon** to keep yourself and your loved ones covered * company support to get your game on with your favourite sporting activities and keeping you active * ️ a pension scheme with **Generali** so your future is just as bright as today * a flexible hybrid work setting giving you up to 52 days a year to work from home! * a **Pluxee** restaurant card to treat yourself to great meals **KEY RESPONSIBILITES** * Regularly update the Managing Director of Legends Global Iberia / Head of Global Planning Europe on all project matters, highlighting risks, client‑impacting issues, and proposed solutions. * Oversee team operations including performance reviews, goal setting, project reviews, training, and team‑building initiatives. * Manage billing, fee agreements, resource allocation, and identify and negotiate fees for additional work as required. * Maintain strong relationships with key Iberia Project Development clients and ensure Project Managers keep clients fully informed on project status, issues, and required processes. * Ensure all team outputs—documentation, reporting, client communication, and project management—meet high professional standards. * Lead major development and construction projects from inception to close‑out, including strategy development, site and permitting matters, procurement and management of consultants/contractors, contract administration, cost and schedule control, project execution planning, risk management, change control, and chairing/recording meetings. **ABOUT YOU** * University degree in a construction related discipline or experience of working in a construction consultancy business * Experience working in a construction project management consulting business in Iberia * Experience in a team management role in a construction project management consulting business * Experience in project managing construction projects with a value over €20m * Ideally (but not essential) experience in managing design and construction of stadium or arena or related projects * Ability to travel across Iberia on a regular basis including overnight stays * Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required. * Knowledge of a third language (i.e.: Portuguese) is highly desirable. **Recruitment Process Outlined:** * **1st Stage\- Intro\-Call with Talent Team** * **2nd Stage\- Interview with Hiring Team** **Inclusive Workplace:** At **Legends Global**, we are committed to leading the entertainment industry towards a greener, faster, and more innovative digital future.
