




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for our beachfront restaurant in Rota, responsible for plating, organization, and cooking, with emphasis on quality and presentation. Key Highlights: 1. We seek to hire a Cook for our beachfront restaurant in the Rota area for the months of June, July, and August. The selected candidate will join a dynamic team and perform kitchen duties. **Main Responsibilities** * Plating dishes using pre-prepared components * Organizing and dispatching orders during service, especially on weekends * Assisting in the kitchen on weekdays (depending on volume), preparing simple dishes * Cooking meats and fish, monitoring doneness and product quality * Careful plating following standards, with attention to presentation * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen * Basic stock and inventory control **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant * Knowledge of cooking meats and fish * Ability to work efficiently during peak-volume periods * Attention to detail in dish presentation * Organized and responsible individual **We Offer** * Working hours: Monday–Friday 20:00–24:00; Saturdays 12:00–16:00 and 20:00–01:00; Sundays 12:00–16:00 and 20:00–24:00 (+ one weekly day off) * Positive working environment * Possibility of an indefinite contract Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time Expected Hours: 34.0 per week Benefits: * Meals provided at work * Free parking * Uniform provided Work Location: On-site
