Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant for tasks including food preparation, cooking, buffet setup, cleaning, and supporting the chef in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support to the chef We are looking for a kitchen assistant in Huelva to carry out duties inherent to the position. Responsibilities include ingredient preparation—such as chopping vegetables for the salad buffet—as well as frying food and reheating trays. The candidate will also participate in buffet setup and maintain cleanliness and order in both the kitchen and utensils. Additionally, the kitchen assistant will support the chef in various functions, including food sampling and temperature checks, recording traceability information, and meal preparation. The assistant will also be responsible for receiving food products. The position is offered under an interim contract, part-time, with a weekly workload of 35 hours. Available shifts are from 8:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 22:00, Monday through Sunday. The gross monthly salary is €1700.
