The primary mission of this role is to support the front office team in delivering customer service and performing basic administrative tasks, ensuring accurate service aligned with company standards. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in guest reception and customer service. * Collaborate in check\-in and check\-out processes under supervision. * Support reservation management and guest requests. * Provide basic information regarding hotel services, facilities, and operating hours. * Answer telephone calls and manage email correspondence. * Assist in handling incidents and escalate situations to the direct supervisor. * Support daily administrative tasks and departmental record-keeping. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service. * Comply with quality standards, occupational risk prevention, and data protection requirements. **Requirements:** --------------- * Education in tourism, hospitality, or customer service. * Prior experience (previous customer service experience or hotel internships are valued). * Basic knowledge of computer and office software tools. * Advanced level of English. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a solid and growing hotel chain. * A positive work environment. * Professional training and development.
