Special focus on improving your language skills. **Your day-to-day will start sounding like this…** * Develop, based on the company's strategic guidelines, proposals for objectives, target customer satisfaction index, and annual budgets for personnel expenses, raw materials, energy resources, hotel maintenance, facilities, operational equipment, and others, together with Department Heads, minimizing deviations. * Monitor customer satisfaction results and share them with other Department Heads, involving them in the process of designing proposals and decision-making to achieve these objectives. * Supervise the hotel’s financial results and any deviations, developing corrective action proposals to achieve these targets. * Manage CAPEX with the Property. * Participate in designing pricing policies and various hotel services. * Apply discounts or authorize their application, considering existing regulations in this area. * Contract, manage, and supervise agreements maintained by the hotel with third parties. * Lead and follow up on consultancy projects at the workplace related to food, ambiance, and other intermediaries, providing daily operational support. * Analyze audits conducted by external and internal consultants and manage their outcomes. * Participate in receiving, welcoming, and attending hotel guests, particularly VIP clients and visitors. * Personally handle and analyze major, sensitive, or serious guest incidents and complaints, whether in person or reported via social media and different online booking platforms, aiming to minimize claims. * Conduct visits and investigative actions to identify new business opportunities and keep the hotel at the forefront of trends in food and beverage, ambiance, among others. * Lead and coordinate various technological development projects and process improvements across departments together with their respective managers. * Ensure and supervise the condition of hotel facilities and compliance with standards outlined in the operational ambiance manual. * Communicate and supervise communication to staff regarding established departmental objectives, as well as monitoring critical processes and implementation through daily mini-meetings conducted by Department Heads according to hotel standards. * Prepare daily log reports and distribute them upon completion of the corresponding shift. * Maintain fluent communication with the Workers' Committee. * Collaborate with Human Resources in personnel selection processes, participating in any new hires. * Participate in evaluations and contribute to training and development of management team members and other hotel departments according to the methodology established by Human Resources Management, as well as oversee the onboarding/incorporation process. * Comply and enforce organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environment, and data protection. * Perform other duties within your scope as requested by your direct supervisor. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for the position if…** Diploma/Degree/Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Tourism, Economics, or similar.
