What will you be responsible for? * **Design and deliver training activities** on prevention of workplace harassment, tailored to diverse professional profiles. * **Raise participants’ awareness** of the importance of equality, respect, and coexistence in the workplace. * **Develop up-to-date didactic materials** aligned with current regulations. * **Evaluate participants’ learning** and prepare reports on the outcomes of delivered trainings. * **Collaborate with the technical team** to continuously improve training content. #### **Your Profile** REQUIREMENTS * **Qualification:** University degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or related fields. * **Prior experience:** Minimum 2 years delivering training related to equality, occupational risk prevention, or workplace harassment. * **Technical knowledge:** Thorough understanding of current legislation on workplace harassment, equality, and intervention protocols. * **Competencies:** Strong communication skills, ability to adapt to diverse audiences, and pedagogical orientation.
