Special focus on improving your language skills. **Your typical day will sound like this…** Support and supervision: Ensure achievement of established departmental objectives and compliance with critical processes and area setups according to hotel standards. Assist in preparing work areas for service, including electronic devices to be used, and disconnecting them at the end of service. Assist in storing received products and/or materials, as well as restocking them. Assist in preparing and setting up special events in coordination with the supervisor. Execution and follow-up: Perform customer service duties at different sales points according to established protocols. Receive, accompany, advise, and bid farewell to customers. Inform and advise customers about the various products offered. Take orders and serve customer requests. Carry out billing and payment collection. Assist in table setup and arrangement for service according to Fuerte Group's manuals and protocols for each case, verifying that all elements meet required standards. Assist in setting up and dismantling buffets, as well as serving at them. Control and quality: Monitor and check materials necessary for proper job performance. Review and verify that deliveries received at sales points match delivery notes and purchase orders. Conduct inventory control of available stock. Comply with organizational regulations regarding quality, safety and health, environment, and data protection. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are the ideal candidate if…** Vocational Training degree (Medium or Higher Level) in Restaurant Services, Commercial Activities, Restaurant Management, Communication and Customer Service, or similar.
