Do you want to advance your professional career with us? We are looking for a recently graduated Tourism Professional with strong English skills for our offices in Chantada / Lugo, with shuttle service available from Ourense, Monforte de Lemos, O Carballiño, and Lalín. What will you be responsible for? \- Building strong commercial relationships with the hotels in your portfolio. \- Optimizing inventory, availability, and rate competitiveness offered through the Central Reservation System. \- Negotiating terms with the goal of maximizing conversion and ensuring the best competitiveness index for the assigned portfolio of hotels. \- Analyzing demand data and booking patterns using internal tools, in order to align the contracted product with agency network demand. \- Providing advisory support on online marketing and direct sales. \- Identifying business opportunities regarding new products, offers, or any other services in coordination with the department head and the Business Acceleration team. ### **Requirements** What are we looking for? \- Education: University degree in Tourism or related field; Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Travel Agencies or Tourist Accommodations. \- Analytical profile and commercial aptitude with clear results orientation. \- Organizational skills and attention to detail. \- Languages: Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued. \- Prior experience in hotels or travel agencies is also considered an advantage. ### **Offered Benefits** What do we offer?
