Job Summary: We are seeking a motor grader operator for site clearance, spreading, and grading tasks, coordinating with the construction team and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of motor graders for site clearance and grading. 2. Basic machinery maintenance and compliance with safety regulations. 3. Coordination with the construction team and site supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * Operation and control of motor graders for site clearance, spreading, and grading. * Preparation of platforms, roads, and road bases according to drawings and technical specifications. * Basic machinery maintenance and daily checks to ensure proper operation. * Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. * Coordination with other members of the construction team and the site supervisor. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a motor grader operator. * Training or certification in heavy machinery operation. * Knowledge of grading techniques and basic drawing interpretation. * Responsibility, autonomy, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Driver’s license and occupational safety training courses (PRL) in the construction sector are desirable.
