JOB DESCRIPTION **PLANNER WITH PRIMAVERA P6 / MS PROJECT** ============================================= **Company:** Eosol Group **Contract Type:** Permanent **Years of Experience Required:** 3 years **Job Description** -------------------------- At Eosol Group, we are seeking a highly qualified Planner with strong English proficiency and hands-on experience using Primavera P6 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in industrial project planning, particularly within EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) contexts. As a Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing complex schedules using Primavera P6, as well as conducting analyses and generating reports to ensure proper project progress. We seek a professional who is not only an expert in planning but also possesses a deep understanding of associated industrial processes. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring planning consistency and quality. * Conduct variance analysis and manage schedule changes as required. * Collaborate closely with project teams and other departments to ensure appropriate planning. * Provide periodic project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders. * Use Excel for data analysis and report generation to optimize planning processes. * Conduct planning and progress review meetings with the project team, ensuring alignment of objectives and schedules. * Participate in risk assessments and facilitate risk mitigation through appropriate task prioritization. * Undertake occasional travel as required. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Planner role, preferably within the industrial sector. * Minimum 3 years of experience in EPC/EPCM project planning. * Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6\. * Extensive professional-level Excel skills. * High level of English, both written and spoken. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment. * Willingness to undertake occasional travel. **What We Offer** ------------- * Opportunity to work in a professional and welcoming environment at a reputable company in the sector. * Opportunity for professional development and growth. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Additional benefits to be discussed during the interview.
