Main Responsibilities: * Manage **cost control** and lead **cost forecasting (forecast)** for the project, reporting directly to the Project Control Manager. * Prepare and manage **monthly project execution budget reports**. * Assess **risks and opportunities**, proposing improvements in escalation and budget variance management. * Monitor quantities and measurements of various **construction subcontracts**. * Prepare progress reports at both **project and corporate levels**. * Collaborate closely with planning, production, and construction teams. * Prior experience in **project control**, production control, quantity surveying, and/or cost control. * Experience in industrial construction environments or engineering projects (preferred). * Knowledge of cost control and project management tools (preferred). * Ability to analyze financial data and identify variances.
