Continuous training: We invest in and promote your talent—with special attention to improving your language skills. **Your daily routine will sound like this…** Support and supervision: Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and compliance with critical processes and service delivery within your area, according to hotel-established standards. Inspect and confirm that each room and bathroom contain required products and accessories per the Room Ambience Manual standards. Monitor room conditions; report any damage or malfunction by submitting a maintenance request. Execution and follow-up: Assemble the trolley with necessary supplies for room cleaning tasks. Clean and tidy assigned rooms, verifying proper condition of fixtures and furniture per established standards for each room type. Handle minibar billing and restocking for guest consumption. Collect and deliver items left behind by guests to the Housekeeping Manager. Clean corridors on your assigned floor. Organize the housekeeping office on your assigned floor and all used work materials. Control and quality: Record and track incidents reported in assigned rooms. Inspect and verify cleanliness of vacant rooms. Comply with organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environmental protection, and data privacy. **Requirements:** --------------- **You’re ideal for this role if…** Completed ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education). Specific training in housekeeping is desirable. Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in 4\* or higher category hotels.
