Job Summary: A professional supporting labor market integration, responsible for developing individual employment plans, providing personalized job search counseling, and offering career guidance for self-employment. Main duties include developing individual employment plans for each person and providing detailed information on current job market opportunities. Personalized counseling will be provided on effective job search techniques. In addition, career guidance will be delivered to help users better understand themselves and position themselves appropriately in the labor market. Direct support will be offered throughout the active job search process. Candidate profiles will be assessed, and guidance will be provided to those considering self-employment or entrepreneurship. This is a temporary position, estimated to last 100 days, full-time, Monday through Friday, morning shifts and some afternoon shifts. The salary will be EUR 2.029 gross per month.
