The selected candidate will be responsible for food preparation and seasoning, following instructions from the head chef, if applicable. Duties will include supply management, verifying the weight of received goods and proposing restocking of consumed items or purchasing necessary supplies. The candidate will also perform butchering of meat and fish, aiming for maximum efficiency. Additionally, the candidate will assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment such as stovetops, ovens, and slicers. A food handler’s certificate is required, along with compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations. The position is a temporary employment contract, full-time, with working hours from 08:00 to 15:00, and a monthly salary of 1500 euros. The hiring is for sick leave substitution at an educational center.
