We are currently seeking to hire an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for the Admissions Team. Responsibilities: client reception, in-person and telephone assistance and information, budget preparation, collection of treatment and test fees, computerized recordkeeping, etc. Requirements: \- Education related to Administration. \- Minimum one year of professional experience performing user support and administrative management tasks; healthcare sector experience is highly valued. \- Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish; knowledge of a third language (preferably French or English) is an asset. \- Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts on a biweekly rotating basis: MORNING SHIFT 8\-14:30 / AFTERNOON SHIFT 14\.30\-21:30H \+ WEEKEND ROTATION (SATURDAY OR SUNDAY 8\-20H). Offer: \- Initial temporary contract of 6 months, extendable. \- Full-time position. Position Type: Part-time Salary: €20\.400.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
