Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced construction machinery operator to safely and efficiently operate heavy machinery on construction projects, collaborating with the technical team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of heavy machinery: backhoe loader, excavator, dumper, etc. 2. Collaboration with technical and production teams. 3. Compliance with safety measures and occupational risk prevention. We require a construction machinery operator with proven experience for immediate incorporation into construction projects in Andalusia, with possible occasional travel depending on the location of each project. The selected candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery, collaborating with technical and production teams to ensure proper execution of work. Main responsibilities include operating backhoe loaders, rotary excavators, mini excavators, front-end loaders, dumpers, compacting rollers, telescopic handlers, or similar machinery. This also includes performing excavations, trenching, earthmoving, material loading, as well as basic maintenance and daily equipment inspections. Strict adherence to safety and occupational risk prevention measures is essential, along with collaboration with supervisors and technical staff, and identification and reporting of any mechanical or safety incidents. A minimum of three years’ experience as a construction machinery operator is required, along with occupational risk prevention training (20 hours specific to earthmoving or construction machinery), driving license class B, and official certification for operating heavy machinery. Professional licenses, experience in parking lot and urban development projects, GPS operation skills, preventive resource training, and confined space training will be valued.
