Position Summary: We are seeking staff to assist and care for residents in a geriatric center, monitor their condition, and report any incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organizational skills and motivation are valued We are seeking staff to attend to residents at a geriatric center in Siero (Asturias). Duties include monitoring residents' condition, assisting and caring for them during the night shift, reporting any health-related incidents, and performing other tasks inherent to the position. **A qualification from one of the following is required:** Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate in Nursing Care Assistance (CFGM), Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate in Care for Dependent Persons (CFGM), or the Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions (or equivalent qualifications). A personal vehicle is also required to reach the center in Bobes\-Siero. Organizational skills and motivation for working with elderly people are valued. A permanent contract is offered, with full-time hours on a night schedule from Monday to Thursday. An initial training period will be conducted during daytime hours to familiarize staff with the residents. Salary and other conditions comply with the Eighth State Collective Agreement for Care of Dependent Persons.
