Commitment, responsibility, and customer orientation At Kngloo Spain, we continue growing and are looking to incorporate commercial profiles into our automotive sector team. \\\*\\\* If you are motivated by a dynamic and results-oriented environment, we want to meet you.\\\*\\\* Responsibilities * Customer service and advisory support at the dealership * Lead management and commercial follow-up (CRM) * Vehicle sales and transaction closure * Comprehensive customer support throughout the entire process, including after-sales * Resolution of incidents and management of customer needs * Generation of opportunities through digital channels * Participation in events, trade fairs, and commercial activities * Support in creating content for social media * Brand representation at the point of sale Requirements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong professional presence and ability to build trust * Ease of expression both in person and on camera * Interest in social media and content creation (video and editing experience is a plus) * Proactive, solution-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individual * Adaptability, quick learning ability, and versatility * Commitment, responsibility, and customer orientation * Ability to contribute ideas, improve processes, and work collaboratively We seek a candidate motivated to grow professionally, who values stability and wishes to develop long-term within an expanding project.
