What is the expected outcome?** We are looking for professionals to expand our aerospace component manufacturing process engineering team. You will join a young, multidisciplinary team working on long-term, high-impact projects for the civil and defense aviation industries. Your main responsibilities will include, among others: * Defining manufacturing processes for new components, including generating manufacturing routings and solid models for each process stage, as well as work instructions and guidelines for execution. * Identifying and implementing necessary improvements to industrialize the product and achieve reductions in lead times, product cost, and non-conformance costs. Providing production support and continuous process improvement. * **What profile are we seeking?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. * Required experience: At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing processes, primarily in high-complexity machining. * Required knowledge: \- Machining of steels, preferably nickel-based alloys, \- 3D modeling and drafting, preferably using Siemens NX, \- Languages: English at First Certificate level or equivalent. * Preferred (but not mandatory) experience in: \- Machining of nickel-based alloys, \- CNC machine programming, \- Welding processes, dimensional inspection, non-destructive testing. \- Management software: Teamcenter, SAP * Personal skills: \- Teamwork, coordination, and communication. \- Autonomy and proactivity. \- Results orientation. \- Ability to learn and adapt. \- Motivation to pursue daily improvement. \- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, international environment. **What training will you receive to perform the job?** We will train you in: * Manufacturing processes for static aircraft engine components, under the responsibility of the Structural Engineering Department—covering their function, materials, and key processes. * Product and process management tools and software. * Process data analysis tools (SPC, Minitab, and others).
