What are the requirements for this position?: * Higher Vocational Training in the Social Field: Social Integration, and/or University Degree in the Social Field: Social Education, Social Work, Psychology, or other related social field qualifications. * Valid driving licence (Class B1). Company vehicle provided. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, Word). * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles. * Committed, versatile, with initiative and conflict-resolution skills, able to work under pressure and meet objectives. * Possession of a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33% is desirable. * Experience in the services/selection sector or in Special Employment Centres is desirable. * Availability to travel to visit the service locations where CEE workers provide their services. * Experience with placement agencies or employment integration entities is desirable. * Ability to plan, manage time effectively, and handle situations calmly under pressure. * Commitment to confidentiality and discretion. * Engagement and responsibility in carrying out tasks. What type of contract will you have?: Indefinite-term contract. What will your working hours be?: Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30; Friday, 08:00–14:00. Intensive schedule during July and August. There are services where workers operate outside these standard hours, requiring attendance for follow-up visits.
