SELECTION TASKS: * Posting job offers on employment integration entities, employment offices, and various job platforms, including our own job portal. * Promoting and maintaining contact with associations, foundations, and other employment integration agents across all provinces of the Community of Madrid. Attendance at Job Fairs. * Recruiting candidates with disabilities and individuals from groups at risk of exclusion, referred by various public and private bodies, third-sector placement agencies, etc. * Maintaining the candidate database and job pool. * Curriculum screening and conducting interviews, including assessment of the candidate’s capabilities and analysis of the job position (DPT). * Presenting candidates to the Service Manager for selection interviews. * Managing workers’ personal documentation and preparing welcome packs to process worker registration in accordance with Special Employment Centre (CEE) regulations. * Managing the corporate onboarding process. SUPPORT AND ADAPTATION MEASURES TASKS: * Identifying support needs through Initial Assessment to enable workers with disabilities to perform their professional activities. * Designing and implementing support measures across all aspects of the worker’s life, facilitating job entry and retention via the Socio-Labour Pathway. * Establishing individualized support for each worker, including follow-ups and/or interventions through periodic workplace visits, documenting these visits in CRM 360, and travelling to provinces where workers provide services. * Developing workshops, programmes, events, socio-cultural activities, etc. * Collaborating with supervisors, Service Managers, UAP Coordinators, and Management to achieve objectives. What are the requirements for this position?: * Higher Vocational Training in the Social Field: Social Integration, and/or University Degree in the Social Field: Social Education, Social Work, Psychology, or other related social field qualifications. * Valid driving licence (Class B1). Company vehicle provided. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, Word). * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles. * Committed, versatile, with initiative and conflict-resolution skills, able to work under pressure and meet objectives. * Possession of a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33% is desirable. * Experience in the services/selection sector or in Special Employment Centres is desirable. * Availability to travel to visit the service locations where CEE workers provide their services. * Experience with placement agencies or employment integration entities is desirable. * Ability to plan, manage time effectively, and handle situations calmly under pressure. * Commitment to confidentiality and discretion. * Engagement and responsibility in carrying out tasks. What type of contract will you have?: Indefinite-term contract. What will your working hours be?: Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30; Friday, 08:00–14:00. Intensive schedule during July and August. There are services where workers operate outside these standard hours, requiring attendance for follow-up visits. To avoid conflicts with your personal life, a visit schedule must be agreed upon with the Area Coordinator, aligned with the operating hours of the services where supported workers are located. What will your working schedule be?: Full-time. What will your salary be?: Between €18,000 and €20,000 annually, paid in 14 instalments. When do you start?: As soon as possible.
