**Description:** ---------------- Mercaconsult is supporting a business group dedicated to promoting and developing technology projects in the legal sector, seeking to hire an Accountant with technical rigor, financial vision, and foresight. This is a key position to ensure the group’s economic stability and provide direct support to senior management in decision-making. ***Your Mission*** Ensure accurate accounting and tax management across multiple companies, maintaining rigorous daily treasury control and delivering reliable, actionable business information. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Full accounting cycle management for the group’s companies. * Daily treasury and cash flow monitoring: reconciliations, balance tracking, intercompany transactions, and liquidity forecasting. * Preparation and filing of quarterly and annual tax returns (VAT forms 303/390, Personal Income Tax, forms 111/115/180/190, and other periodic obligations). * Preparation of annual financial statements: general ledger, trial balance, accounting closings, balance sheet, and profit & loss statement. * Filing of Annual Financial Statements with the Commercial Registry. * Managing requests and communications with the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), Social Security, and other regulatory bodies. ***What We Offer:*** * Indefinite-term contract * Part-time schedule (6 hours/day) * Gross annual salary: €24,000 * Flexible compensation: meal vouchers, transport allowance, childcare support, and private health insurance. * Location: Torre Millenium (Sabadell) * Direct reporting to the General Management **Requirements:** --------------- ***Education*** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or Accounting and Finance. * Advanced training in accounting or taxation is highly valued. ***Experience*** * 3–5 years’ experience in multi-company accounting, year-end closings, reconciliations, and tax management. * Experience in treasury functions within cash-constrained environments. * Experience in Corporate Income Tax is highly desirable. ***Technical Skills*** * Proficiency in accounting software (A3 preferred). * Advanced Excel (data analysis, reporting). * Experience filing tax forms via the Spanish Tax Agency’s electronic platform (EAT). ***Personal Skills*** * Rigor, responsibility, planning ability, analytical capacity, results orientation, and high stress tolerance.
