




Job Summary: We are seeking a data analyst to optimize product categories by analyzing market conditions and trends to improve efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cross-departmental and international collaboration In Sant Cugat del Vallès, we are looking for a person to provide ongoing support to procurement teams, helping optimize our product categories with constant focus on customer needs. The role involves analyzing both internal and external market data to transform that information into actionable recommendations that enhance daily efficiency and growth. This full-time position requires reviewing the product assortment to align it with consumer demand, identifying trends, and evaluating the performance of our promotions. It also involves creating dynamic dashboards and regularly collaborating with other departments—including those in other countries—to ensure seamless operations. Prior experience in data analysis and fact-based decision-making is highly valued. Proficiency in data visualization tools, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously—delivering clear outcomes that improve category profitability—are essential. Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years of experience in retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Consumer Insights tools such as IRI, Nielsen, and Kantar, strong analytical capability, and English language proficiency at B2 level.
