




Job Summary: Management and optimization of domestic goods arrivals, ensuring appointment availability and coordinating product flows, supervising receipts and protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of product flows and supplier management. 2. Incident resolution and continuous improvement of efficiency. 3. Smooth communication with carriers and internal departments. The role involves managing and optimizing national goods arrivals in a dynamic environment located in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The primary responsibility is to ensure that appointments at distribution centers are always available, coordinating product flows from suppliers to logistics platforms. This temporary position requires supervising receipts and verifying compliance with all established protocols to prevent incidents. In addition to daily tasks, maintaining smooth communication with carriers and internal departments is essential to ensure seamless operations. The incumbent will also review logistics-related invoicing and monitor key performance indicators to enhance service efficiency, providing practical insights to resolve any issues arising during daily operations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of prior experience in operational logistics, supplier coordination, or inbound logistics flows. Experience in resource planning, schedule optimization, and incident resolution. Minimum English proficiency level B2 and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical capability and autonomy in daily work are required.
