We seek a technically minded individual, rigorous in execution and capable of coordination, to lead works to high-quality standards. Position Mission Organize, coordinate, and supervise on-site work execution, ensuring: - adherence to deadlines, - quality and finishing detail, - resource control, - safety and efficiency throughout the entire construction process. A key role to ensure each project is delivered at the level of excellence characteristic of the company. Main Responsibilities 1\. Technical supervision and on-site execution Accurate interpretation of drawings, measurements, and technical documentation. Daily layout checks and verification of correct work progress. Quality control of final finishes. 2\. Team and subcontractor coordination Organization, supervision, and motivation of both in-house and subcontracted teams. Daily task assignment and monitoring of completion. Prompt and technically sound resolution of on-site incidents. 3\. Resource management and financial control Planning of materials, tools, and site requirements. Monitoring consumption and optimizing available resources. Supervision of budget compliance and identification of deviations. 4\. Safety and quality Strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL) and internal protocols. Coordination with health and safety officers. Ensuring the entire process meets the company’s defined quality standards. 5\. Liaison with supervisory and technical staff Ongoing communication with site managers, architects, and site supervisors. Periodic progress, incident, and requirement reports. Proposal of constructive solutions and adjustments if necessary. ### **Requirements** Medium-level vocational training qualification (in construction, civil engineering, building, or related field). At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a site supervisor. Specific experience in interiors, renovations, commercial premises, or high-quality finishes (highly valued). Technical Competencies In-depth knowledge of materials, construction processes, and finishes. Basic proficiency in digital site tools (email, PDF drawings, daily report tracking, etc.). Proficiency in layout verification and supervision across various trades. Commitment to quality and deadline adherence. ### **Offer** Stable contract with a solid and growing company.
