WHAT ARE THE STAGES OF THIS JOURNEY? Stage 1 \- Introduction to OBRAMAT: You will join the Company as a Commercial Manager, beginning your journey by experiencing the role of Sales Associate. This stage is essential for integrating into the commercial environment, deepening product knowledge, and applying technical sales competencies, customer orientation, and continuous learning—laying the foundation of the business and validating your readiness to take on greater responsibilities. Stage 2 \- Commercial Manager: Gradually assume full autonomy in performing the Commercial Manager role.
