




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional for technical support to manage service alerts, logistics, inventory, budgets, and invoicing in Alcobendas, ensuring effective communication and follow-up. A candidate with a Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration or equivalent is required to join the technical support team in Alcobendas. The main responsibility will be end-to-end management of service alerts—from opening to closure—ensuring clear communication and effective follow-up. You will be responsible for dispatching and controlling materials required for interventions. You will also supervise and manage repairs conducted outside the company. Your work will be essential in maintaining strict annual inventory control for technicians, ensuring they always have the resources they need. In addition to logistics tasks, you will respond to inquiries regarding Technical Service interventions, providing customers with clear and detailed information. You will handle budget dispatch and tracking, as well as order control, ensuring all administrative processes are well organized. Monitoring Technical Service invoicing and tracking outstanding payments will be critical. You will also register new product references and customers, and support the Logistics Network Coordinator in managing Emergency Healthcare Centers. Experience managing and updating core instrument information—ensuring data accuracy—is highly valued. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar administrative roles is required, along with strong proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word, and knowledge of systems like SAP. Communication will be in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus. Working hours are from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. This is an on-site position. Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration or related field. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in technical support or logistics. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. SAP knowledge. Ability to manage inventories and control materials. Capacity to resolve incidents and answer queries. Experience in budget and order management. Knowledge of invoicing and payment tracking. Ability to manage instrument and customer databases.
