If you are looking for an opportunity to start your professional career in the administrative field and are eager to learn and grow, this is your chance! **What will you do on a daily basis?** * You will actively participate in the personnel selection process, from publishing job offers to screening resumes and coordinating interviews. * You will maintain thorough control over staff absences and leaves, ensuring accurate information management. * You will handle the processing and administration of employment contracts, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations. * You will use key tools such as Siltra and Sistema RED for managing labor relations. * You will serve as the primary point of contact for supporting and assisting our workers and clients, delivering exceptional service. You will manage and organize administrative documentation, maintaining an orderly and accessible archive. * **What are we looking for in you?** * Residence in Vigo. * An organized, proactive person with strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities. * Valid driver’s license category B and personal vehicle. * Prior education and/or experience in the administrative field (preferred).
