We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer and Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and in developing generative AI models. In addition, they must possess a high level of English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with international teams. Your mission will be to lead, drive, and technically develop generative AI and ML initiatives autonomously, and also: * Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision models. * Develop projects involving NLP and LLMs. * Manage and manipulate datasets: define and identify learning variables, generate new datasets, perform transformations and cleaning. Define end-to-end Machine Learning processes. * Develop training processes using various frameworks (TF, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). * Develop inference processes in on-premise or cloud environments. * Maintain existing Machine Learning models. * Lead project technical teams. * Mentor junior or trainee Data Scientists. * Participate in national and international technical proposals. Long description To thrive in this position, the following knowledge/experience is required: * Experience developing projects in the generative AI domain, working with NLP and LLMs. * Proven experience of over 3 years applying ML and DL techniques in production environments. * Experience implementing AI solutions in production environments. * Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps. * Experience defining, creating, deploying, and maintaining ML and DL models in production environments. * Proficiency in Python and/or R for data science. * Familiarity with Databricks. * Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks (TF, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). * Advanced knowledge of cloud analytics services on AWS, GCP, or Azure. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity in building solutions and applying new functionalities related to the technologies in use. Additionally, it would be great if you have: * PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or Statistics. * Advanced knowledge of Apache Spark in the data science domain (PySpark). * Knowledge of Docker and/or Kubernetes. * Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI or similar). * Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure (or equivalent cloud platforms for data processing). * Experience developing and using SaaS applications. * Knowledge and application of data science across various sectors and industries: banking, insurance, telecom, retail, etc. Long description Holding a disability certificate will be positively considered, in line with our inclusion and diversity policy.
