The Commercial Administration Department of the Automotive Division is looking to incorporate a new member into its team, located at the Head Office in **Sant Cugat del Vallès**. **COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATOR** Reporting to the Head of Commercial Administration for the Automotive Business Line, your mission will be to manage the administrative aspects of sales for our group of dealerships, maintaining smooth communication with commercial teams and ensuring the highest quality in document management and sales file handling. **Responsibilities:** * You will be responsible for recording vehicle sales. * You will handle the administrative processing (insurance, rebate settlements, marketing campaigns, deregistrations, etc.). * You will manage information requests from various management departments and address any incidents arising during the process. * You will be responsible for controlling the filing system and closing sales files. * You will prepare periodic reports and statistics. **Requirements:** * Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration or equivalent. * Advanced Excel user proficiency is mandatory. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in administrative roles within a Commercial Administration Department, including experience and knowledge of Accounting. * Highly organized and structured individual; autonomous in work execution. * Knowledge of Quiter software will be valued. **What do we offer?** * Integration into a solid and growing business group. * A stable project with an indefinite-term contract and opportunities for professional development. * Training plan. * Possibility to access a flexible compensation package.
