Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial maintenance technician to ensure the proper operation of machinery in a metal packaging plant, performing preventive and corrective tasks in a dynamic environment. Specific internal training and development of technical skills This position is in the maintenance department of an industrial plant dedicated to manufacturing metal packaging for the food industry. The facility carries out the entire production cycle, from sheet metal cutting to screen printing and die-cutting. The selected candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and equipment, aiming to ensure their reliable operation and minimize unplanned downtime. The role involves proactively identifying issues and applying effective technical solutions, always adhering to the company's established safety and quality protocols. It is a dynamic environment with continuous industrial activity, where equipment precision and reliability are critical to meeting production targets. The company provides specific internal training on plant processes and machinery, facilitating adaptation and development of required technical skills. Smooth communication and cross-departmental coordination are essential to guarantee the efficiency of the entire production line. The ability to interpret technical documentation, follow instructions, and apply knowledge of industrial mechanics to solve practical problems is highly valued. This is a full-time temporary position. A vocational qualification (Formación Profesional) in fields such as Electromechanics, Maintenance, Robotics, Industrial Mechanics, or related disciplines is required. Prior experience in industrial manufacturing or production environments will be considered favorably. It is essential to possess the ability to follow technical and operational instructions accurately and with attention to detail. Collaborative teamwork and effective communication with colleagues and supervisors are required. Full-time availability is mandatory, including rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours.
