At Finetwork, we are looking for store staff for our exclusive sales point in Avilés, with experience ensuring the smooth operation of the store and customer satisfaction. Someone passionate about the Telecommunications sector and business opportunities. What will your responsibilities be? * Provide detailed information about available products and services. * Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions, guaranteeing a satisfactory purchasing experience. * Assist customers with questions or technical issues related to the services offered by the store. * Promote and sell products and services, ensuring customer needs are met. * Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers available at the store. * Perform cross-selling to increase sales volume of additional products and services. * Assist in activating phone lines, data plans, or service installations. * Provide basic support for device setup or resolve simple technical issues, or direct customers to specialized technical support when necessary. * Handle any type of complaint or claim related to the products or services offered. * Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and orderly. * Work towards achieving the sales targets set by the store and company. * Participate in implementing sales strategies and customer loyalty initiatives. * Receive and organize merchandise, as well as perform product restocking and inventory control tasks. * Place promotional materials and brand communication elements. * Report on daily activities. We need to incorporate someone with the following competencies into our team: * Minimum of 1 year of experience performing the above-described functions in the telecommunications sector. * Person with strong sales skills and results-oriented. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Interest in technology and sector-related products. * Organized, proactive individual with willingness to learn and adapt to market innovations.
