Build brand awareness and shape IXINA’s image in Spain** * Develop and manage the national communications plan: messaging, levers, calendar, and budget. * Manage relationships with media, creative, and PR agencies. * Define and activate the local social media strategy: editorial calendar, content production, reporting, and community growth. * Execute PR activities: press releases and press kits, influencer outreach, media events. * Measure campaign effectiveness: reach, visibility, awareness, attribution, and ROI. **2. Generate qualified traffic to stores and digital channels** * Implement localized acquisition campaigns: SEA, social ads, display, local SEO. * Define and coordinate local media plans for store openings, anniversaries, and key commercial periods. * Execute commercial operations: promotions, local activations, in-store kits. * Monitor KPIs comprehensively: appointment leads, cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, offline conversion. **3. Develop operational marketing tools** * Adapt commercial materials to the Spanish market: brochures, POS materials, sales arguments, leaflets. * Manage production of local content: photo shoots, videos, iconography, brand assets. * Coordinate merchandising improvements with the Group’s store concept team. * Prepare store openings: launch plans, local communications, and event-based activations. * Coordinate internal marketing communications: store newsletters, IXINA intranet, operational guides. **4. Contribute to developing the IXINA Spain digital experience** * Oversee evolution of the ixina.es website: content, product pages, store pages, etc. * Coordinate digital developments with Group teams (appointment tool, configurators, project space, etc.). * Produce or coordinate production of digital assets: short videos, carousels, creatives. * Manage digital KPIs: traffic, engagement, conversion, SEO performance, and acquisition performance. **5. Develop and optimize customer relationships** * Track NPS and customer reviews in Spain; analyze friction points and propose corrective actions. * Implement relational journeys: email marketing, FAQs, chat, loyalty or referral programs. * Adapt customer personas, needs, and local insights to enhance marketing relevance. * Coordinate consumer studies specific to the Spanish market when required. You hold a university degree in marketing/communications and have **3–5 years of marketing experience** within the Retail sector.
