VP Upstream **What will be your challenge?** Achieve optimization of the well drilling process in the NOC Regional area through analysis, selection, and definition of design bases considering each project's particularities, promoting continuous improvement to facilitate operational excellence while respecting P\&WO standards as well as the Company's safety and environmental regulations. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Develop Drilling Design Bases according to Development Project requirements and Factory Process * Evaluate and identify necessary materials and services * Prepare technical specifications for contracting critical services * Prepare annual budgeting for wells to be drilled * Participate in project management stage review meetings * Participate in technical committee (TCM) meetings for operated UTEs * Monitor proper compliance with design bases, best practices, and lessons learned * Interdisciplinary evaluation of the final outcome of design base implementation * Lead improvement projects related to well designs and develop testing protocols for new technology applications * Create a database of standard well types, including times, costs, and materials * Identify deviations from P\&WO standards within the framework of design base definition and manage required waivers * Identify time and cost deviations, present results. **What do we value?** * **Academic background:** Related Engineering degree * **Professional experience:** 5 years in Drilling, Engineer or Specialist level, with experience in horizontal wells, UBD/MPD operations, casing drilling.
