We are looking for an **Operations Assistant**, a versatile, proactive individual with a strong service orientation, who will contribute both to personalized guest service and to the hotel's logistical and operational support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic, varied, and detail-oriented environment, where every action directly contributes to delivering exceptional guest experiences. **Responsibilities and duties** *Guest service and operational support* * Ensure a welcoming experience by serving as a point of contact for guests, embodying the hotel’s warm and exclusive hospitality, and promptly addressing any needs to ensure guests feel well cared for at all times. * Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms. * Manage vehicle parking when necessary. * Provide guest transportation to the train station or other scheduled activities. *Logistics and maintenance* * Oversee the receipt of food, beverage, cleaning supplies, and other deliveries; verify contents, unload shipments, and organize storage in a neat and efficient manner. * Carry out transportation tasks to pick up or deliver materials, purchases, or supplies required for hotel operations. * Monitor the general condition of the hotel, identify potential issues, and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed. For major breakdowns, coordinate with external vendors or specialized technicians to ensure facilities remain fully functional. *General support* * Assist during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service by serving dishes and beverages, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. * Participate in setting up and preparing dining and event spaces before each service or event, and ensure areas are properly cleaned and organized afterward. **Candidate profile** * Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (desirable). * Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude. * Ability to work independently. * English language skills. * Own vehicle. **Working conditions** * As established in the Collective Agreement for Hospitality in the province of Segovia.
