**Job Description** We are looking for a Data Analyst & AI who has participated in AI projects (ideally with RAG experience), capable of bridging business analysis, data work, and collaboration with development teams. **Responsibilities** * Analyze and understand data from various sources (databases, files, logs, documentation, etc.). * Define, together with business stakeholders and the technical team, AI/RAG use cases and associated data requirements. * Prepare and transform data using **SQL** and **Python** (notebooks) to feed AI models and pipelines. * Collaborate on the design and evaluation of RAG solutions (response relevance, prompt evaluation, metrics). * Design and build dashboards and reports demonstrating the impact of solutions (KPIs, SLAs, cost savings, etc.). * Document processes, data sources, and quality criteria to ensure information traceability. **Mandatory Requirements** * **1 to 3 years of experience** as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Junior Data Scientist. * Strong proficiency in **SQL** (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or others) for querying, analysis, and data preparation. * Knowledge of **Python** for data analysis (pandas, numpy, notebooks). * Experience with at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Apache Superset, Tableau, Looker, Grafana, or others). * Participation in AI projects (e.g., classification, text analysis, assistants, RAG, etc.), even if not as the lead architect. * Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into data requirements. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of **LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and NLP**. * Prior experience in projects involving generative AI integration. * Familiarity with streaming technologies such as **Kafka** and/or **Flink**. * Experience in data-intensive sectors (telecom, energy, industry, banking, public administration). * English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
