Organizational ability Service-oriented attitude. **Functions:** * **Opening the center's doors.** * **Handling and forwarding residents' verbal requests.** * **Answering telephone calls at the center's switchboard.** * **Managing entry and exit records of residents and/or family members** * **In-person and telephone assistance** * **Updating and registering data in the system** * **Receiving and sorting mail, packages, and documentation** * **Support with administrative tasks** * **Using email and computer tools.** **Requirements:** ESSENTIAL: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Preference will be given to candidates with Vocational Training qualification in Administration Other titles or certificates will also be considered
