At our Salamanca plant, where we manufacture vaccines for animal health, we are currently seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is customer-focused and committed to delivering results. It is essential that the candidate has experience working in teams and prioritizes safety and environmental aspects. The candidate must be available to work continuous shifts, including afternoon, night, and morning shifts, with weekend shifts included on an alternating basis. Responsibilities * Prioritize EHS assessment prior to performing any corrective or preventive activity. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks on schedule. * Actively participate in daily operational department meetings. * Track assigned corrective work orders and carry them out. * Complete work orders accurately and on time in GMAO. * Submit material and spare parts requests, assign them to work orders, and track spare parts delivery. Requirements * Vocational training at intermediate or advanced level in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or equivalent. * Knowledge of electrical systems or equipment, pneumatics, general mechanics (excluding vehicles), industrial air conditioning, and HVAC. * Ability to use manuals and electrical schematics, interpret drawings and P&IDs. * Problem-solving skills.
