* Support personal development during leisure time, including the socialization of young people, paying attention to improving and monitoring their abilities. * Promote the transmission and acquisition of human and democratic values. * Implement programming specific to the youth area. * Encourage the development of social skills, formative habits, participation, and responsibility among young people. * Develop the use of positive and healthy leisure models. * Carry out daily records of the youth space. * Resolve conflicts that may arise among participants in center activities. * Safeguard Sedena's image and identity, representing it faithfully in all forums in which it participates. * Ensure the proper condition of the space and the material resources used to provide the service. * Identify the needs of young people attending the La Atalaya center. * Collect information on participation, attitudes, and the evolution of young people's involvement in daily activities. Desired skills and knowledge: Qualifications/training required: • Youth Leisure and Free Time Monitor certification • Degrees or qualifications in Science, Education, or Humanities will be valued. Professional experience required: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (working with elderly groups, youth groups, school and pre\-school groups, and groups with diverse abilities). • Knowledge of the sector will be valued.
